Delivery and returns

DELIVERY INFO

We charge a flat rate postage regardless of how many items you purchase. £3 for UK orders. 

We’ll package and send your items via First Class Royal Mail delivery within 48 hours of receiving your order (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).

Items can be picked up in store. Write in the comments when checking out that you wish to do this, and/or email us too. Your order will be available at the shop the next working day. When picking up your order we will reimburse your postage fee in cash.

Obviously unforeseen circumstances can make exact delivery times out of our control. If there are any issues with your delivery on our end, we’ll aim to contact you as soon as we know whats happening, so keep your account up to date.


RETURNS

For non vintage items, we ask that you contact us as soon as you are aware of any fault or damage with your item upon delivery, and notify us of the problem. We’ll then expect the return of any damaged or faulty items within 7 days in order for us to inspect the product and process a refund. You will be liable for the cost of the postage to return the goods; this does not affect your statutory rights. Please include the following details with the product; your name and contact information, order number, the fault and location of said fault.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns of any vintage items due to the nature of the items being pre-loved, any issues please contact us via email only.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your purchase, or change your mind about the products, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your items via email only.

You are liable for all costs of postage to return the item. We ask that you return items by a recorded service to ensure that they are received. If you choose not to send the item by a recorded delivery service, we cannot guarantee their arrival.

For health and safety reasons we cannot accept returns for any pierced jewellery, cosmetic products, headwear or underwear.

Refunds can take up to 21 days to process after receipt of returned item/s. You will be refunded for the items you have purchased, unfortunately we cannot refund your postage.

We try our hardest to keep our stock systems up to date, but due to the nature of our product range we are unable to guarantee the availability of all our products. If for any reason an item is no longer available you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative or a refund for that product.
