Are the website items available in store?

All items in the website are also available in the shop. So come down and give us a visit!

I've seen an item on your social media pages but can't see it on your website. How can I purchase it? 

Our webshop is a dedicated outlet for our own brand. If you see something we've posted that you are interested in then send us an email or DM and we can either sort out a transaction through paypal or make a quick listing for you on the website. You never have to miss out!

What are your postage rates?

We try and keep postage rates as low as we can. We charge a flat rate regardless of how many items you buy. UK postage is £3 and International is £5. All items are sent with postal tracking.

How quickly will I get my order?

We aim to package and send your items within 48 hours of your order being received. Packages are usually sent via First class and will be trackable. But just to be sure we suggest within 3-5 days.

My order hasn't arrived yet?

All orders we send are trackable so email us if in doubt, and we'll find out where it is.

What payment methods do you accept?

We take payments through Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account then you may use the guest checkout where you can enter your card details.

My order was wrong/faulty what can I do?

What if I want to cancel my order?

The best thing to do is email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as we can.

Can I pick up my order in shop?

If you'd like to pick your order up in-store let us know as soon as possible. Leave a message in the comments box when checking out and/or email us. We will reimburse your postage payment in cash when you come into the shop to pick up your order.

I've seen an item I like on your website, but I'd like to come into the shop and try it on first?

No problem! Items from the website are not always stored at the the shop so it's best to send us an email us first so we can have the item available for you. You may have to wait until the next day.



SHOP FAQs

Where can I find the shop?

Our actual shop is located just off the high street in Barnstaple, North Devon. When on the high street turn down Gammon walk (opposite the Green Lanes entrance where KFC is) at the end of Gammon walk turn right and there we are! Opposite Barnstaple Library and in-between Roadhouse tattoo Co. and Floor One Fitness.

Is there parking near you?

The cattle market car park is right next to us and roughly charges £1 an hour. We are very central in town so there are lots of options!

Where do you source your clothing from?

For our own clothing line we use the highest quality garments available to us. We have the items embroidered and printed locally in North Devon. We love that we can support other local businesses in this way!

Can I sell my work/items in your shop?

We are always interested in hearing from independent makers/artist and brands. However we do only have a limited space and a loyalty to the products and brands we already stock. If you have an interest in the shop and and feel your product would sit well within it, send us an email telling us what it is you do with some example pictures too. You never know if you don't ask!

Do you have any other shops?

The Cove is a one and only! Independently run and owned by us. You never know what the future may hold though!
